Alpe Pragas organic fruit spreads are certified organic jams from South Tyrol, made from organically grown fruit. Since 2011, the manufactory has produced its own organic line, ranging from strawberry and apricot to blueberry, orange, and sour cherry.
Organic fruit spreads from Alpe Pragas are jams made from organic mountain fruit, cooked in the Prags Valley in the Dolomites. Since 2011, the manufactory founded by Stefan Gruber in 1997 has grown its fruit organically and bottles as an organic line what already defined their house standard: 65% fruit, distinct varieties, and nothing superfluous. Seven varieties are available for you.
Seven varieties in organic quality
The organic line ranges from strawberry and apricot to blueberry, raspberry, orange, forest fruit, and sour cherry. We are particularly fond of the organic orange with a Sunday croissant, while the blueberry pairs perfectly with quark. Behind every jar are the approximately thirteen hands of the small manufactory.
