Salad Dressings and Vinaigrettes by Stonewall Kitchen
Stonewall Kitchen dressings and vinaigrettes are ready-to-use salad sauces from Maine based on oil, vinegar, and balsamic. They range from fruity-sweet fig balsamic to fresh lemon Dijon vinaigrette – for dressing salads, as a marinade, and as a dip.
Salad dressing and vinaigrette by Stonewall Kitchen are ready-to-use salad sauces from the American manufacturer in York, Maine, which began in 1991 with jams. A vinaigrette thrives on the interplay of oil and acid; a dressing can be creamier and fruitier. Shake, pour over the salad, done – fresh taste without having to mix it yourself.
Two classics for fresh salads
In this collection, you will find ready-to-use salad sauces in 330 ml bottles, ranging from fruity-sweet to fresh and tart.
The Balsamic Fig Dressing combines dark balsamic with ripe fig, velvety and slightly sweet; a favorite with arugula, goat cheese, and walnuts. Fresher and zestier is the Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette made from lemon and Dijon mustard, which gives every green salad a lift. Sweet meets tart, fruit meets acid.
Fruity-sweet or fresh-tart is the basic question: the balsamic for robust salads with cheese and nuts, the vinaigrette for delicate green leaves. A splash is enough, and leafy greens become a side dish with character.
From salad to marinade
A good dressing can do much more than just dress leafy salads; it seasons bowls, vegetables, and grilled meat.
The Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette goes well with fennel, asparagus, and lukewarm potatoes, while the Fig Balsamic goes with arugula, cheese, and roasted squash. Used as a marinade, it gives chicken or halloumi both sweetness and acidity before grilling. If you like it creamy, stir in a spoonful of aioli to turn it into a dip dressing.
One shake, and summer is in the jar
As soon as the bottle is opened, it smells of balsamic, lemon, and ripe fig.
A green salad, a splash of dressing, a few nuts on top, and a quick side dish becomes a little treat that tastes like summer. Whether for a bowl at lunch or for your barbecue plate in the evening, the ready-made sauce saves time and tastes like you made it yourself.
These dressings, like the entire brand, have been among our bestsellers since 2010. Browse through the complete Stonewall Kitchen overview. Shake, dress, enjoy.
