The Chocolaterie Bonnat has been producing everything itself in Voiron since 1884, bean-to-bar, in the fourth generation, with only three ingredients and frequent awards for the best chocolate in the world. As early as 1984, Bonnat began producing single-origin cocoa bars, long before others thought of it. The house was founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat; today, it is managed by Stéphane Bonnat, who still selects his cocoa personally from small producers to this day.
