Use 80-degree water and let it steep for 5 minutes; do not use boiling water, otherwise the green tea will turn bitter. After only a short time, Green Rhubarb reveals its bright, fruity bouquet.

From the oldest tea shop in Scandinavia

Green Rhubarb comes from A.C. Perch's Thehandel in Copenhagen, the oldest tea shop in Scandinavia. It was founded by Niels Brock Perch, who opened the small shop in April 1835 on Kronprinsensgade 5 and named it after his third-eldest son, Axel Christian Perch.

Green tea is considered the original tea because it is barely processed and remains closest to the plant. At the tea house A.C. Perch's, it is refined with rhubarb, passion fruit, and rose, just as Niels loved it, who brought together the best teas in the world. The house has been run by the same family for nearly 200 years, at times with three generations behind the counter.

In 2002, Queen Margrethe II appointed the house as a Royal Warrant Holder, an acknowledgment of consistent quality.
