Tonic Syrup from pHenomenal Drinks is an organic syrup made from cinchona bark, direct-pressed citrus juices, and agave syrup, which you can use to mix your tonic water fresh. Not a pre-made bottle from the refrigerated shelf, but a concentrate that gives you control over the strength.
Tonic Syrup is the organic tonic water syrup from the Hamburg-based manufactory pHenomenal Drinks and their very first product, created in a private kitchen at the end of 2012. A 250 ml bottle is enough for about twelve long drinks. It thus replaces eight to ten of those small tonic bottles that otherwise go flat half-empty in the fridge.
