Tartuflanghe – Truffle Chips from Piedmont
The story of TartufLanghe began in 1968, when Domenica and Beppe Montanaro started selling fresh black and white truffles of the best quality from Piedmont. At that time, their restaurant had been awarded by the Michelin Guide as a place for the best mushroom and truffle dishes, and Beppe made a name for himself not only as a chef, but also as a truffle specialist. Since 1980, Beppe has been producing truffle specialties under the name TartufLanghe, based on his experience and inspiration, to give truffle lovers from all over the world the opportunity to enjoy truffles even outside the season. In the early 90s of the last century, the world's first truffle pasta was created, which was awarded as the best new product at the Fancy Food Summer Show in New York in 1992. But his truffle chips are also among TartufLanghe's most popular truffle products.
