How to prepare the Abendrot herbal infusion

General information on tea preparation: The herbs (approx. 1g = 1 teaspoon per cup) are steeped with boiling water and covered for a few minutes (5-8 min.). This prevents the essential oils and vapors from evaporating. The herbal tea is then strained and enjoyed warm. The prepared tea should not be left to stand for longer than 3-4 hours.
