The Athlete from the South Tyrolean Herb Rebels is a herbal infusion in a beautiful tea tin. The hand-picked herbs for the herbal infusion come from the Stelvio National Park.

Fit as a fiddle! Lorenz and Leander from the South Tyrolean Herb Rebels cannot, of course, guarantee that for everyone, but the ingredients of their Athlete herbal blend speak for themselves. Melissa, peppermint, lemon verbena, plantain, apple pieces, calendula, cornflower, mallow, elder, thyme, musk yarrow. All particularly known for their effects, even if, for legal reasons, we are not allowed to disclose this. Grown in the mountains at 900-1400m, hand-picked, gently dried, and packaged in collaboration with Lebenshilfe.

Tea Preparation – Athlete Herbal Infusion

General information on tea preparation: Pour boiling water over the herbs (approx. 1g = 1 teaspoon per cup) and cover for a few minutes (5-8 min.). This prevents the essential oils and vapors from evaporating. Then strain the herbal tea and enjoy it warm. The prepared tea should not sit for longer than 3-4 hours.

The Herb Rebels Lorenz and Leander are committed to uncompromisingly the best quality. With loving manual work, the two qualified herb farmers harvest flowers, herbs, and spices in the midst of the South Tyrolean Alps at the "balsamic moment," i.e., at the moment when the plants, slowly grown in pure mountain air, contain the most active ingredients. This special quality can be seen, smelled, and tasted in their tea and herbal blends. The blends such as the Bergdoktor or the South Tyrolean Flower Scent are available in beautiful tins or in corn starch tea bags.
