Bergdoktor – Herbal Infusion from the Herbal Rebels of South Tyrol
The Bergdoktor from the South Tyrolean Herbal Rebels is a herbal infusion with many mountain herbs in a beautiful tea caddy.
As if the mountain doctor himself were stopping by! Lorenz and Leander from the Herbal Rebels of South Tyrol naturally cannot do that, but the ingredients of their Bergdoktor herbal infusion blend speak for themselves: peppermint, lemon balm, nettle, raspberry leaves, cornflower, linden blossom, calendula, elderflower, lady's mantle, sage. All are well-known for their particular effects, even if we are not allowed to disclose this for legal reasons. From the Stelvio National Park.
How to prepare the Bergdoktor herbal infusion
General information on tea preparation: Pour boiling water over the herbs (approx. 1g = 1 teaspoon per cup) and cover for a few minutes (5-8 min.). This prevents the essential oils and vapors from escaping. Then strain the herbal infusion and enjoy it warm. The prepared tea should not sit for longer than 3-4 hours.
The Herbal Rebels – Herb blends from the mountains
The Herbal Rebels Lorenz and Leander are committed to the best quality without compromise. With loving craftsmanship, the two certified herbal farmers harvest flowers, herbs, and spices in the middle of the South Tyrolean Alps at the "balsamic moment," i.e., at the moment when the plants, grown slowly in pure mountain air, contain the most active ingredients. This special quality can be seen, smelled, and tasted in their tea and herb blends. Blends like the Bergdoktor or the South Tyrolean Blütenduft are available in beautiful tins or in cornstarch tea bags.
