When brewed, Mountain Love turns golden and smells floral, summery, and fruity, like a mountain meadow in June. The scent spreads throughout the entire kitchen as soon as you pour the water.
The rose petals provide the floral notes, the white lemon balm a delicate citrus hint, the apple mint a fruity coolness, and the lavender a soft, spicy depth. Anise hyssop and ribwort plantain round off the blend with herbaceous notes. You taste the blossom first, then the fine mint emerges, entirely without harshness. How to prepare Mountain Love
Pour boiling water at 100°C over one pyramid bag per cup and let it steep, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes.
Then remove the bag and enjoy the infusion warm, so that the essential oils remain in the cup. The prepared infusion should not sit for longer than 3 to 4 hours. If you like it sweeter, add a spoonful of honey once it has cooled down slightly. For a whole pot, three to four bags are sufficient for about 1 liter of water.
