The Cuneesi Mix is the colorful selection of the large Piedmontese praline: six Cuneesi in three varieties, with two pieces each of Pistacchio, Salted Caramel, and Torroncino. This allows you to get to know three distinct characters—the nutty green, the sweet-salty, and the crunchy—without having to choose just one. A small tasting set and a lovely gift at the same time. The Cuneesi Mix contains three very different characters, with two of each variety, so there is plenty left to share.

The Cuneesi Pistacchio offers creamy, intensely green pistachio with a subtle salty note. The Cuneesi Salted Caramel plays with sweet caramel and a pinch of salt in dark, bittersweet chocolate. And the Cuneesi Torroncino offers a satisfying crunch thanks to bits of white nougat in creamy milk chocolate. Creamy, salty, crunchy—three paths to happiness in one bag.

Each praline is made by hand, individually wrapped in colorful paper, and packed into a bag with a ribbon. There are 6 pieces in total, 2 of each variety—large enough for a proper bite and small enough to try several.

From the Cioccolateria in Fossano

Giuseppe Mandrile and Maria Antonietta Melis have been running their chocolate house in Fossano, a small town in the province of Cuneo, since 1986.

From their original recipe, the Rum Cuneesi, they have grown over the course of about 40 years into a confectionery with over 40 varieties. This large praline has been a part of Piedmont for about 100 years, and the mix showcases three of its finest faces, just as Giuseppe and Maria Antonietta love it: with high-quality ingredients and plenty of handcrafting.

For the fillings, the company relies on the Tonda Gentile Trilobata of the Langhe, the fine Piedmontese hazelnut, which they roast themselves. You can taste the origin in every one of the three varieties, from the nut itself to the signature of the chocolatier. This attention to detail turns three small pralines into a genuine greeting from Piedmont.
