The Kohl Mountain Apple Juice Cuvée Apple Juice with Hops is an exciting juice creation by Thomas Kohl from South Tyrol, a spicy, sweet-tart juice creation with enormous drinkability. Just a little bit of hop extract enchants the mountain apple juice and turns it into an entirely new taste experience. Straw-yellow, it shines in its elegant bottle; flowery and green aromas rise from the glass, tart notes with fine acidity and warm sweetness enliven the palate. The apple juice with hops shows firmness and richness and has a long finish.

Kohl Hops – as a Food Accompaniment

The Kohl Cuvée Apple Juice with Hops is excellent with roasted, grilled dishes, pizza, strong cheeses, and desserts with coffee. The apple juice with hops accompanies strong dishes, whether salty, spicy, or hearty. We like it with smoked salmon and endive.

Thomas Kohl recommends serving the apple juice with hops in a stemmed glass so that the aromas can unfold optimally, just like with wine. This is best achieved at a cool drinking temperature of 8 - 12°C. Please store the juice in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 6 days.

Mountain Apple Juice – Multi-Awarded

"Twenty years ago, I felt like I wanted to try something new," says Thomas Kohl, who grew up in the mountains, looking at his apple trees. He initially didn't want to take over his father's farm, because cattle weren't quite his thing. "So I persuaded my father to plant apple trees on the mountain and make juice from them," the charming apple juice affineur continues. "Of course, I hadn't thought that my apples, which grow at almost 1000m altitude on the Ritten, would one day be pressed into Italy's best fruit juice, but I had hoped so," he laughs mischievously. In 2019, the Kohl Gourmet Mountain Apple Juice Pinova was awarded as national winner at the Mostbarkeiten trade fair. The Kohl Cuvée Apple Juice with Hops won a gold medal.
