The Cipriani Bellini Original Cocktail is a wine-based cocktail with white peach puree, a cult drink in the turquoise Prosecco bottle.

For the exhibition of the famous painter Giovanni Bellini in the Doge's Palace in 1948, the Bellini aperitif was invented by Arrigo Cipriani in the world-famous Harry's Bar in Venice. Fruit pulp of white peaches infused with Prosecco. Because Arrigo knew: "never yellow, and better if they are small and have a pink skin".

White peaches resemble the yellow variety, but with some peculiarities, starting with the velvety skin, with shades from white to carmine red and an intense aroma. The pulp, of a delicate creamy white tone with red veins towards the core, is full-bodied and melting in consistency.

The Cipriani Bellini Original Cocktail is still the flagship of the Italian company today.
