This is no mass-produced, smooth product, but rather the recipe from Harry's Bar in Venice, simply in a different shape.
Organic Penne by Cipriani are the short, tubular answer to the spaghetti from the same house: diagonally cut ends, a hollow center, and pressed from the same Apulian durum wheat blend selected by Arrigo Cipriani. The rough bronze surface ensures that even chunky sauces adhere well within the tube.
