Care and a place on the wall

A seventy-centimeter-long board does not fit into a sink, which is actually helpful for maintenance, as it should not be soaked anyway. Hold it briefly under running water, rub it down with a brush, and dry it immediately afterward with a cloth. Dishwashers, microwaves, and ovens are off-limits, as heat and prolonged moisture will eventually warp the solid wood. A leather strap is attached to the handle, allowing the strip to hang on the wall between uses.
