This organic granola is baked in Belgium in Natalie Vanderick's own bakery, completely free of refined sugar. Crunchy, fruity, with a subtle almond note

Buckwheat and almond slivers give the Apple Cherry Granola a hearty crunch, while dried apple and cherry provide a tart-sweet freshness. Three fine layers that go well together.

In the morning, when the fruits join your yogurt or milk, you can taste how close apple and cherry are: the apple round and mild, the cherry with that slight acidity that keeps the whole thing lively. Sunflower seeds and coconut flakes are added, finely seasoned with premium herbs, spices, and a pinch of sea salt. With 12g of sugar per 100g, the Apple Cherry muesli remains fruity, not sweet. In yogurt, with compote, on fruit cake

The crunchy Apple Cherry Granola is the ideal breakfast companion with milk, yogurt, or quark, and it works just as well as a dessert with compote or a scoop of ice cream.

Natalie bakes according to the "low and slow" principle

The crunchy Apple Cherry Granola is made in a small organic bakery in Puurs in the province of Antwerp, using selected organic raw materials, without palm oil, without GMOs, and without artificial additives. It is sweetened solely with apple juice concentrate, so the sweetness comes from the fruit itself.

Behind "I just love breakfast" is Natalie Vanderick, a trained architect who discovered freshly baked granola at a market in New York that had nothing in common with the bland muesli from a bag. Her enthusiasm turned into craftsmanship, first in a borrowed oven, and today in her own bakery.

"We take our time and bake at a low temperature," is how Natalie summarizes her principle. This is called "low and slow," a long baking process at low heat, because the more gently it is roasted, the more clearly each ingredient retains its own flavor.
