This organic granola is baked in Belgium in Natalie Vanderick's own bakery, using sun-yellow mango and red strawberry. It contains so much fruit that no further toppings are needed. Fruity, sunny, and full of fruit

The Granola Mango Strawberry tastes like a summer garden: freeze-dried mango brings sweet sunshine, while strawberry pieces provide fresh acidity. A blend that tastes like July even in January.

Oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds provide the crunch, while coconut flakes, quinoa, and flax seeds give it a fine texture, seasoned with premium herbs, spices, and a pinch of sea salt. Sweetened solely with maple syrup. With only 9 g of sugar per 100 g, it remains light, with the sweetness coming primarily from the fruit. Sweet, fruity, and sun-warmed, a summery breakfast bowl is ready in no time.

Natalie bakes using the "low and slow" principle

Granola Mango Strawberry is made in a small organic bakery in Puurs in the province of Antwerp, using selected organic raw materials—no palm oil, no GMOs, and no artificial additives. Sweetened exclusively with maple syrup.

Behind I just love breakfast is Natalie Vanderick, who started out as an architect and discovered freshly baked granola at a market in New York that had nothing in common with bland bagged muesli. What started with a borrowed oven eventually became her own bakery, which now produces seven varieties.

"We take our time and bake at low temperatures," says Natalie about her "low and slow" principle, because the more gently it is roasted, the more clearly each fruit retains its own flavor. Oats are naturally gluten-free; because they can come into contact with gluten-containing grains during the production process, I just love breakfast calls this granola low-gluten rather than gluten-free.

The packaging has also been thoughtfully designed: the cardboard and plastic can be cleanly separated and fully recycled. The entire granola range from I just love breakfast is produced in this way.

With fresh mango and a few mint leaves on cold yogurt, it tastes like summer. Sprinkle just before eating so that the fruit keeps its bite and the muesli stays crunchy.
