Nutty, fruity, with a hint of banana

Granola Cashew Banana is especially nutty and wonderfully fruity. Mild cashew nuts meet crunchy banana chips, complemented by the hearty bite of oats, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

Coconut flakes round out the blend, finely seasoned with refined herbs, spices, and a touch of sea salt. It is sweetened exclusively with maple syrup and apple juice concentrate, so the sweetness comes purely from syrup and fruit. With 13.5 g of sugar per 100 g, it remains a cheerful, fruity breakfast. Natalie bakes according to the "Low and Slow" principle

Granola Cashew Banana is produced in a small organic bakery in Puurs in the province of Antwerp, using selected organic raw materials—no palm oil, no GMOs, and no artificial additives. It is sweetened only with maple syrup and apple juice concentrate.

Behind I just love breakfast is Natalie Vanderick, originally an architect. The spark was ignited at a market in New York, where freshly baked granola surprised her because it had nothing to do with the bland muesli from a bag. A borrowed oven eventually turned into her own bakery, where seven varieties are created today.

"We take our time and bake at a low temperature," says Natalie about her "Low and Slow" principle, because the more gently it is roasted, the more clearly each ingredient retains its own flavor. Oats are naturally gluten-free, but because they can come into contact with gluten-containing grains during the production process, I just love breakfast calls the granola "low in gluten" rather than "gluten-free."

The packaging is also well-thought-out: cardboard and plastic can be cleanly separated and fully recycled. The entire Granola range from I just love breakfast is produced in this way.
