Confiserie Imping – Vanilla Crescents

Vanilla crescents like grandma used to make – that's how these traditionally handcrafted pastries taste. The Confiserie Imping recipe uses just a few good ingredients, such as butter, sugar, wheat flour, almonds, vanilla, egg yolk, and lemon, as well as a pinch of salt. This makes the vanilla crescents wonderfully shortbread-like and almost taste homemade.

Vanilla Crescents – Christmas Pastries from Imping

With the Confiserie Imping range, we have a local artisan manufacturer, based in the western Münsterland region, in our product selection. With the passionate confectioner Eva-Maria Imping, the third generation is now on board and is focusing on quality, tradition, and classic taste experiences for the future. Especially the Christmas pastries, such as vanilla crescents, Dominosteine, or marzipan potatoes, have been popular for years.

Founded in 1953 by grandparents Alfons and Irmgard Imping, the confectionery with its café quickly became known for its masterfully prepared delicacies made from selected, fresh ingredients. In the mid-eighties, the second generation, with son Walter Imping and his wife Hedwig, took over the helm of the family business. They continued to focus on the artisanal production of exquisite pralines, truffles, and fine pastries and today supply specialist shops throughout Germany. The processing of the best ingredients is just as important to them today as it was to the founders in 1953.

With Eva Maria Imping, the Imping name continues to stand for traditional craftsmanship in the most beautiful liaison with the highest quality, for exquisite enjoyment, and a touch of happiness!
