Crema Alpina Miniature Set

Crema Alpina miniature set, five cream liqueurs from Nogaredo

The Crema Alpina miniature set from Marzadro gathers five 5 cl miniatures: the cream liqueurs Nocciola, Pistacchio, Fior di Latte, Caramello Salato, and Limone. In a cream-colored gift box with a mountain motif, for tasting and giving as a gift.

The Crema Alpina miniature set is a cross-section of the cream liqueurs from the Marzadro Distillery: five bottles of five centiliters each, side by side in an alpine-designed box. Five cream liqueurs made with cream from fresh Trentino milk, each with 17% ABV; the sweet side of the house in one box.

Placed side by side, the set shows its range even on the label: from the intense green of the pistachio, a rich brown for the Fior di Latte, a dark orange for the hazelnut liqueur, a fresh cream for the salted caramel liqueur, and a fresh blue for the lemon cream liqueur. Five bottles, four directions: from delicate and creamy to nutty, salty, and lemony.

Five favorite liqueurs in one set

The Nocciola (hazelnut) represents the down-to-earth side of the range, the Fior di Latte represents the Italian soul, the Pistacchio (pistachio) is the most well-known, the Limone (lemon) is the freshest, and the Caramello Salato is the newest variant in the Crema Alpina series. All five share the same cream made from fresh Trentino milk and the same 17% ABV – as stated on the labels in Italian: "gustoso liquore ottenuto da panna fresca."

The gift for the indecisive

Five varieties side by side answer the question of which one to give as a gift.

If you want to give a gift to a liqueur drinker and don't know their preference, you can give them five at once here. The box with the mountain motif needs no wrapping paper, and the bottles are safely stowed. Whether as a souvenir, for a birthday, or under the tree: the format fits anywhere a full-sized bottle would be too much.

And for those who want to find out for themselves which variety belongs in their own cabinet, simply taste your way through them one by one – after five evenings, you'll know. All varieties are available individually in large bottles in the Crema Alpina liqueurs collection.

Where the five come from

All five bottles come from the same house in Trentino.

At Marzadro, these cream liqueurs are the typical expression of the Alpine valleys, as the family calls them. The fact that all five stand side by side in one box shows the range of a distillery that most know for its grappa.

Mixing and distilling take place in Nogaredo in the Adige Valley, not far from Lake Garda, where Sabina Marzadro began distilling in 1949. Over 75 years later, Andrea, Anna, and Stefano Marzadro continue to run the house – they are the children of her brother Attilio, who took over in 1960. Those vacationing at the lake can visit the distillery.

Best served from the fridge

Five small bottles, well-chilled at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius side by side, and the guests choose for themselves – that is the quickest tasting a distillery has to offer. Afterward, the cream liqueurs should be kept in the refrigerator to be ready for the next indulgence.
