The Crema Alpina Pistacchio Miniature is the smallest path to the Distilleria Marzadro’s most famous cream liqueur: five centiliters of pistachio liqueur with a cream base made from fresh Trentino milk. The same recipe as in the large bottle, just in small – and at 17% ABV, it is mild enough for the pistachio to take the lead.

In the glass, the Crema Alpina al Pistacchio glows a delicate green; on the palate, it is velvety and finely mild. Two glasses are enough to know if it belongs on your shelf.

The base of every Crema Alpina is cream from fresh Trentino mountain milk – even in five centiliters.

What the cows in the alpine valleys eat determines how this cream tastes, and everything else is built upon that. What is finished is what gets bottled – the size of the container changes nothing about that. Production takes place in Nogaredo in the Adige Valley, not far from Lake Garda, where Sabina Marzadro began distilling in 1949. Over 75 years later, Andrea, Anna, and Stefano Marzadro run the house as a family business. Five centiliters over a scoop of vanilla ice cream

A proper glass instead of a shot cup makes the difference – well-chilled at 8 to 10 degrees, the pistachio is at its best.
