It is made from pure cooked grape must from the Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancelotta, and Montuni grape varieties, along with white vinegar, and matures for a whole year in oak barrels. It is guaranteed to be free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and additives, and made without caramel coloring or thickeners; instead, it is a purely natural product with an outstanding taste.
