The Greenomic Pomegranate Balsamic is a fruity vinegar from Italy, refined with aromatic pomegranate juice. An Italian Aceto Balsamico with 5% acidity. It is made from pure cooked grape must from the Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana and Montuni grape varieties, wine vinegar and pomegranate juice, and matures for a whole year in oak barrels. It is guaranteed to be free of artificial flavors, preservatives, and additives, and made without caramel coloring or thickeners, but is a purely natural product with an outstanding taste.

The Greenomic Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar is a sweet and sour addition to fresh salads, uniquely suited for marinades for chicken and beef, grilled vegetables, or mozzarella and goat cheese.
