It is made from pure cooked grape must from the Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana, and Montuni grape varieties, wine vinegar, and raspberry juice, and matures for a whole year in oak barrels. It is guaranteed free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and additives, and made without caramel color or thickeners, but rather a purely natural product with an outstanding taste.
