Greenomic – Olive Oil White – Organic Oil from Koroneiki Olive

The Greenomic Olive Oil White is an extra virgin olive oil, i.e. a cold-pressed olive oil, made from pure Koroneiki olives. The Greek organic olive oil is medium fruity and goes particularly well with grilled fish or meat. It tastes great for dipping with bread or vegetable sticks, as well as for salads or vegetable side dishes.

Greenomic Olive Oil – from Greece

The organic Greenomic Olive Oil White of the highest quality is obtained exclusively by mechanical processes directly from early harvested and hand-picked olives and produced in Greece. An early harvest, between November 10-30, is preferred for Greenomic olive oil while the olives are still unripe and green. At this stage, the harvest is more limited in quantity, but the olives develop a fruitier and first-class taste. The Greek olive oil is made from 100% Koroneiki olives from Melissi, a village by the sea in Corinth, Greece. The olives are gently hand-picked and cold-pressed immediately after harvesting (<27°), resulting in an aromatic organic olive oil with exceptional taste and a characteristic, fruity aroma and golden-yellow color. This is the excellent Greenomic Olive Oil White.
