Enjoy the Klumpp Blanc White Wine Cuvée 2024
The Klumpp Blanc 2024 is a white wine cuvée from Weingut Klumpp, a fruity refresher for everyday, made from Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Scheurebe.
The sandy loess soil shapes the delicate acid structure and underscores the fine-fruity elegance. Fresh citrus and green apple are complemented by tropical fruits and a fragrant florality, and the finish gains a pleasant minerality. The long lees aging gives the wine a fine melt, a long finish, and additionally rounds it off.
Winemaking – Klumpp
The selective harvesting of the grapes takes place in the early, cool morning hours. At the winery, grapes and mash are not pumped, but rather fall into the fermentation tanks by gravity, where they slowly ferment coolly for over three weeks and then spend three months on the lees. This is what makes the wine so effortlessly light.
