The Tiroler Edle Chocolate with Alpine Rose Honey is filled with a fine chocolate cream, refined with Alpine rose honey. Bees collect the nectar for this honey from the Alps in the Verwall Group region during the short blooming season of the alpine roses. One could say that the essence of the Alps is poured into this bar: the milk in the couverture and the fresh cream in the chocolate cream, refined with honey and alpine roses. You can't get more alpine indulgence than this!
A consistent further development of Therese Fiegl's idea to make a special milk chocolate from the excellent milk of the Tyrolean Grey Cattle, which is handcrafted by Hansjörg Haag with expertise and passion. It is the continuation of this great collaboration to produce high-quality chocolate from the best possible raw materials and artisanal skill, promoting small-scale agriculture among both alpine farmers and cocoa farmers. Moreover, the 50g bar is simply delicious.
Tiroler Edle – Grey Cattle in Color
Far from grey, the uniquely good chocolate made from the milk of the Tyrolean Grey Cattle is by no means a grey mouse when it comes to creations and packaging. Hansjörg and Christoph Haag are constantly coming up with new creations for the delicious fillings: like the one with caramel and salt crystals. Therese Fiegl has given the Tiroler Edle equally creative packaging. Brown at the bottom indicates milk chocolate, grey at the bottom means fine dark chocolate is hidden in the pretty paper sleeves. The bright color at the top reveals which filling is hidden inside the chocolate. For example, apricot is orange at the top, raspberry is red, and nougat is blue. To protect quality and taste, the small bar is wrapped in foil, which is environmentally friendly, made of cellulose, and therefore plastic-free. We very much welcome this.
