Tiroler Edle – Milk Chocolate with Caramel Filling
The Tiroler Edle chocolate with caramel filling was one of the first creations by master confectioner Hansi Haag. The creamy caramel for this caramel chocolate is carefully cooked from the cream of Tyrolean Grey Cattle, with great attention to detail and a feel for the right moment, so that the caramel for the creamy filling is neither too mild nor too strong. The exquisite caramel melts pleasantly soft on the tongue, a noble pleasure. The 50g Tiroler Edle bar is coated in 39% milk chocolate.
Tiroler Edle – Grey Cattle in Full Colour
Forget grey, the uniquely good chocolate made from the milk of Tyrolean Grey Cattle is by no means a grey mouse when it comes to creations and packaging. Hansjörg and Christoph Haag are always coming up with new creations for the delicious fillings, such as those with caramel and salt crystals. Therese Fiegl has given the Tiroler Edle equally creative packaging. Brown at the bottom indicates a milk chocolate, while grey at the bottom means a fine dark chocolate is hidden in the pretty paper wrappers. At the top, the bright colour reveals which filling is hidden in the chocolate. For example, apricot is orange at the top, raspberry is red, and nougat is blue. To protect quality and taste, the small bar is wrapped in film, which is made from environmentally friendly cellulose and is therefore plastic-free. We highly approve of this.
