The Art of Giandujotti

Giandujotti are a Piedmontese specialty originating in the 19th century. Typical of this small, wedge-shaped praline is its fine combination of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. D. Barbero refines this traditional confection with selected ingredients and artisanal skill – for an incomparably delicate mouthfeel and an intense aroma that lingers long after.
