Steak Pepper – Altes Gewürzamt

The Altes Gewürzamt Steak Pepper by Ingo Holland is a versatile pepper blend made from four different peppers. The base for this pepper blend is black Tellicherry pepper and long pepper. Grains of paradise and allspice are added to create a good counterpart to the generous portion of roasted garlic included in this steak pepper. The pepper blend is coarsely ground and can either be put into a pepper mill or crushed in a mortar. Ingo Holland has perfectly succeeded in creating a balanced blend that goes particularly well with beef steaks.
