Stekovics - Melothria small cucumbers - 140g

Stekovics Melothria cucumbers are small, oval cucumbers, up to three centimeters in size, reminiscent of miniature light green, striped watermelons in color and shape. Freshly harvested, they are hand-picked from the stem and flower, layered in jars and marinated with a light nutmeg vinegar. Their taste is reminiscent of capers and olives. On the outside, they are crunchy and firm to the bite; on the inside, they taste like sweet and sour gooseberries. As a side dish for snacks and cold dishes.

The Melothria variety is characterized by a crunchy skin and an extremely soft interior. The cucumber is related to the melon, and its interior is as soft as a ripe melon.
