Greenomic La Puttanesca is an Italian spice blend of parsley, garlic, hot chili, dried black olives, and salt from Sicily. La Puttanesca, which means "prostitute's style pasta," is a pasta dish originating from Southern Italy with a hot and spicy tomato sauce. Its spicy, but not too hot, aroma pairs wonderfully with spaghetti, classic with olive oil, but also as a marinade for grilled meat, a dip for potatoes, vegetables, and, of course, bread.
