Aromas of ripe yellow stone fruits, such as apricot and peach, and zesty citrus notes are complemented by exotic fruits, such as lychee.

Karl May Winery: Tradition Meets Modernity
The Karl May Winery stands for sustainable viticulture and high-quality wines. With the Muscat 2024, the winery once again presents a wine that combines tradition and modernity and delights wine lovers. To harvest ripe grapes in autumn, Fritz and Peter May begin as early as January with gentle pruning and early defoliation of the grape zone for optimal sun exposure, as well as yield reduction through green harvesting in early summer. The selective manual harvesting of the grapes often takes place in several passes. The journey to the new winery is not far, where the grapes are gently processed. The mash is gently pressed, and the must is spontaneously fermented, remains on the lees for a long time, and is aged in stainless steel tanks. A small part (5%) is aged in used wooden barrels and later blended, which brings complexity, fullness, and a hint of creaminess to the estate wine.
