Blossom Organic Herbal Tea is the colorful floral blend from the young Latvian brand Plukt and a great introduction to their world of wild herbs. Eight ingredients work together in the Blossom Organic Herbal Tea: marigold, cowslip, and cornflower provide the floral sweetness, oregano and mugwort add a fine spice, peppermint provides the fresh top note, and echinacea and willowherb round it out. Hand-picked, dried by wind and sun

The herbs and flowers grow wild in certified organic meadows and Nordic forests of Latvia, are harvested by hand, and gently dried using wind and solar energy. This preserves the full flower heads, vibrant color, and delicate aroma. Blossom Organic Herbal Tea contains only what nature provides: flowers, leaves, and herbs from organic farming.

Keep it covered to keep the essential oils in the cup

Rinse the cup briefly with hot water, place a bag inside, and pour boiling water over it. Let Blossom steep covered for 5 to 7 minutes; this allows the flowers to release their aromas and keeps the essential oils in the cup. If brewing loose tea, use about 1.5 teaspoons per cup. On warm days, you can turn it into a cold brew: place one bag in 500 ml of cold water, shake briefly, and let it steep for a few hours. Sipped slowly, it rewards your patience.
