How to prepare your peppermint herbal infusion

Rinse a teacup with hot water, add 1.5-2 tablespoons of the loose Plukt Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea, and pour boiling water over it. Let the tea steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes, allowing the leaves time to release their aromas into the hot water and preventing the essential oils and vapors from escaping. It's best to add honey or sugar only when the peppermint tea has cooled down a bit. Afterwards, take some relaxed time for yourself; it's best to enjoy it slowly.

PLŪKT is a young brand from Latvia, founded in 2016 by Māra Lieplapa, a young woman who wants to show the world the beauty and untouched nature of her homeland. In her teahouse in the small village of Saulessēta, part of the municipality of Prauliena, she gives masterclasses and holds tea ceremonies.

Plukt Nordic Teas are hand-picked, and the brand name PLŪKT is a Latvian word meaning "picked." It is phonetically and semantically similar to the same word in Dutch, Swedish, and Danish. When you pour hot water over a tea bag, it makes a little splash and a "PLŪKT!" sound.

The herbal blends, such as White Night, Blossom, Nordic Black, or Nordic White, contain a variety of wild herbs. The plants are bright and aromatic, containing full flower heads and leaves, preserving the natural properties of the plants.
