Raspberry leaf tea from Plukt is a pure leaf infusion from Latvia, containing nothing but hand-picked raspberry leaves of the Rubus idaeus variety. Inside the box are 25 g of loose leaves from certified organic wild meadows. The tea in the cup is light yellow-green and clear, and contains no additional ingredients.

Raspberry leaf tea tastes mild and soft, with a fruity finish that is faintly reminiscent of ripe raspberries, without being sweet. The infusion in the cup glows light yellow-green and clear.

The raspberry leaves grow wild in Latvia's meadows and forests. Wild-grown, hand-picked, and gently dried using wind and solar energy, the leaves retain their bright color and fine aroma.

The loose raspberry leaf tea is packaged in a paper box with an inner protective layer. PLŪKT means "picked" in Latvian, which says the most important thing about this brand – a nature-friendly and people-friendly venture.

Māra's tea house in Saulessēta

Behind Plukt is Māra Lieplapa, a young Latvian who brings the wild herbs of her homeland into the cup and wants to share the pristine nature of her landscape with the world, as Lieplapa likes to describe it. In her tea house in the small village of Saulessēta in the Prauliena municipality, Māra holds masterclasses and tea ceremonies. What started as a small idea has become a brand whose teas are now drunk far beyond Latvia.

Sweeten only once cooled

Rinse your cup or pot with hot water, add 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of loose leaves, and pour boiling water over them. The infusion needs 5 to 7 minutes covered so the leaves can release their aroma at their own pace. Sweeten only once the tea has cooled slightly, so the flavor remains delicate. On hot days, it also tastes great cold: add the leaves to 500 ml of cold water and let them steep for a few hours for a light, fruity iced tea for the garden.
