PLŪKT is a young brand from Latvia. It was founded in 2016 by Māra Lieplapa, a young woman who wants to show the beauty and unspoiled nature of her homeland to the whole world. In her tea house in the small village of Saulessēta, which belongs to the municipality of Prauliena, she gives master classes and holds tea ceremonies.

Plukt Nordic Teas are hand-picked, and the brand name PLŪKT is a Latvian word that means "picked" in English. It is phonetically and semantically similar to the same word in Dutch, Swedish, and Danish. When you pour hot water over a tea bag, it makes a little splash and a "PLŪKT!" sound.

The herbal blends, such as White Night, Blossom, Nordic Black, or Nordic White, contain a variety of wild herbs.
