Eggerhof Südtirol steht für handgemachte Eierteigwaren aus Aldein auf 1200 m Höhe. Koch Erich Gruber verwendet Freilandeier, gentechnikfreien Hartweizengrieß und verzichtet auf Farbstoffe. Klassiker wie Schüttelbrotnudeln, Specknudeln oder Kräuterbandnudeln sowie kreative Sorten und passende Saucen mit Wild oder Salsiccia entstehen mit Herz und Leidenschaft.
