Eggerhof Südtirol steht für handgemachte Eierteigwaren aus Aldein auf 1200 m Höhe. Koch Erich Gruber verwendet Freilandeier, gentechnikfreien Hartweizengrieß und verzichtet auf Farbstoffe.
