Nimmervoll – Grüner Veltliner
The grapes for the Nimmervoll Grüner Veltliner "quergelesen" grow in Lower Austria on pure loess soils. Harvested ripe on October 1st, 10th, and 12th, 2023, the grapes are first destemmed, then gently pressed after a short maceration period and fermented at a cool temperature. Matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, it results in a peppery, spicy, light-bodied Nimmervoll Grüner Veltliner. Grüner Veltliner has always been an original from Austria, straightforward and authentic.
