Nimmervoll – Grüner Veltliner Wagramlöss
The Nimmervoll Grüner Veltliner Wagramlöss 2023 from Weingut Nimmervoll is a dry white wine from the Austrian wine region Wagram. With 13% alcohol by volume, it is an elegant white wine with a medium body. With its 5.6g/l acidity and 4.0g/l sweetness, it is crisp, fruit-driven, and pleasantly dry. It pairs well with a snack of sausage and cheese, as well as with chicken dishes, and also wonderfully complements the famous Wiener Schnitzel.
This is what Gregor says about his Grüner Veltliner Wagram DAC: "The deep-rooted. This is how home smells. The liquefied taste of Wagram, shaped by wind and weather. Yellow-fruity and juicy. Every sip is an honest drop of loess soil, time-tested in its most beautiful form."
Nimmervoll Wine – Grüner Veltliner Wagramlöss
The grapes for the Nimmervoll Grüner Veltliner Wagramlöss grow on pure loess soils. Harvested on October 6th, 20th, and 24th, 2023, the ripe grapes from the Wagram loess terraces are first destemmed, then gently pressed after 3-4 hours of maceration, and fermented cool. Matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, a peppery, spicy, long-lasting Grüner Veltliner from Weingut Nimmervoll is created. It is the flagship of the winery and an ambassador for its region. So straightforward and authentic, the Veltliner has always been an Austrian original.
