Nimmervoll Winery – Traminer Wagramlöss
The Traminer Wagramlöss 2021 from Nimmervoll Winery is a highly aromatic, dry white wine made from Gewürztraminer, Red Traminer, and Yellow Traminer. With 13% alcohol by volume, the Nimmervoll Traminer Wagramlöss is a light, lively rosé wine. With 5.7g/l acidity and 5.5g/l sweetness, it is crisp yet not too dry. The Traminer pairs well with seafood, Asian-inspired dishes, and aromatic cheeses. The intense, long lees contact gives the wine a fine creaminess.
Nimmervoll Wine – Traminer Wagramlöss
The wines of the Boden (Soil) line reflect the original and unmistakable character of the region and its soil. Shaped by the unique Wagram loess soil, they are the flagship wines of Gregor Nimmervoll. The Traminer grapes (Gewürztraminer, Red & Yellow Traminer) for this wine grow in Lower Austria in the Wagram region on pure loess soils and were harvested on October 12, 2021.
From the beginning, Traminer, with its overwhelming spectrum of aromas, has been one of Gregor Nimmervoll's absolute favorite grape varieties. The Traminer Wagramlöss combines the advantages of various Traminer varieties. Year after year, they form the basis for an exceptional varietal representative with impressive elegance. A diva that you have to know how to tame. Whoever falls for Traminer does so completely.
