The Prisecco Mirabellengold from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger is a non-alcoholic secco made from fruit grown in the meadow orchards of the Swabian Jura – a seasonal product for the golden autumn.

Fresh, clear scent of lemon verbena combined with the lush fruit notes of fully ripe, golden mirabelle plums with vanilla and tonka bean. Subtly underpinned by a hint of rosemary and tarragon. Full-bodied in taste, delicate notes of bitter almond, with a slightly sweet finish.

With its exciting interplay of sweetness and acidity between crisp seedling apples and golden-ripe mirabelle plums, the Prisecco Mirabellengold from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger leaves nothing to be desired in terms of alcohol. Prisecco Mirabellengold – when taste is in season

For the PriSeccos, Jörg Geiger combines the finest fruit juices, often harvested as single-varietal, with herbs, leaves, and flowers from his own cultivation or gathered from meadow orchards and surrounding forests. Once the bouquet, aroma, and finish form a perfect unity, carbon dioxide is added very slowly until the PriSecco is fine-bubbled and clear in the glass.

This requires technical skill, creativity, and the inspiration of nature. And in nature, not all ingredients are available at all times, but only for a limited period. Thus, Mirabellengold is a seasonal Prisecco, bottled only once a year in late autumn for good reason. Harvested at the perfect time, the ingredients of the secret recipe can impart their full aroma to the autumnal-seasonal aperitif Mirabellengold.
