Linen Tea Towels Set of 3 – Bistro

Bistro Linen Tea Towels Set of 3 by Linen Tales

The Bistro linen tea towel set of 3 by Linen Tales brings together rich forest green, fine black stripes, and a calm grey-green. All three towels are woven from pure European linen, stone-washed, hemmed in Vilnius, and finished with a hanging loop.

Bistro Linen Tea Towels Set of 3 is a trio of kitchen towels by Linen Tales from Vilnius that polishes glasses, lines the bread basket, and adorns the oven handle. Each of the three towels measures 45 by 65 centimeters and dries via its loop above the sink after use.

Green and graphic, like a corner bistro in Paris

Forest Green provides a dark, rich pine green that appears almost black in the shadows of a kitchen and only reveals its true depth by the window. Thin Black Stripes places fine black lines on a light base, giving the set the edge that plain, solid colors lack. Green Milieu serves as a grey-green in between, softening the contrast and acting as a mediator between pattern and solid. Together, they create the tone of a corner bistro where the same glasses have been polished for decades.

How the kitchen towels share the work

Each of the three towels takes on a task when hung on its hook: the striped one is for the table, under the bread basket, or over the cheese platter, as a pattern hides small marks anyway. The forest green one handles pots, trays, and the work surface, because the impression of a hot pan is barely noticeable on a rich base color. The grey-green one remains for glasses and cutlery, where cleanliness is paramount. After two weeks, your hand will naturally reach for the right one.

The seals that document the thread's journey

Behind the fabric lies flax from Western European cultivation, and EUROPEAN FLAX records this journey from the field to the woven cloth. The plant blooms blue, thrives on European fields with only rainwater, and requires little in the way of pesticides. At Linen Tales, Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX examines the finished fabric and tests every yarn for harmful residues. For towels that touch wet dishes, bread, and fruit every day, this is the proof that counts in everyday life.

A debut for the first kitchen of your own

Linen Tales rolls each towel individually in a paper band, so three of them together already make a gift. For your first apartment, this is a token that survives the beginning: those who have just moved out rarely own more than one borrowed towel next to the sink. A set of kitchen towels will last through the first few years and become softer, not thinner, with every wash. Once unwrapped, such a package is opened with a single pull of the kitchen twine ribbon.

Wash at 40 degrees, without bleach

Place the linen tea towels in the delicate cycle at a maximum of 40 degrees and use a mild detergent without bleach so that the green and black retain their depth. Bleach belongs only to white laundry and has no place with these three tones. Fabric softener should stay in the cupboard, as it reduces the absorbency of the fabric. Spin at under 600 RPM and hang the towels up to dry; the tumble dryer should only be used on a low setting, and they will come out damp.
