Implementing this was particularly important to Jörg Geiger and his cellar master. Balanced with apple, gooseberry, and mandarin juice and refined with spices, exquisite herbs, and blossoms, the result is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage with a fresh color and an aroma of apple, citrus fruits, and white blossoms, accompanied by delicate brioche notes and a hint of caramel.
