The Prisecco Apple Symphony is one of the classics from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Non-alcoholic and sparkling, pleasantly dry, yet incredibly fruity, it is an aperitif for everyone at the table when served well-chilled and makes a great food companion.

Apple Symphony – sparkling like Secco

The Prisecco Apple Symphony is one of the 4 classics of the Manufaktur Jörg Geiger Priseccos, which are available all year round. Red-fruity, white-scented, Apple Symphony, and Rose Magic were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and remain top sellers to this day.

The base for the Prisecco Apple Symphony is the juice of hand-picked old Bittenfelder seedling apples from traditional meadow orchards on the Swabian Jura. This is complemented by rhubarb juice, various herbs, and slightly bitter extracts of red mustard and watercress. Refined with spices and added carbonation, the result is a top-class non-alcoholic beverage. Amber in the glass with golden highlights. The intense aroma of the Bittenfelder apples is supported by the spicy notes of barrique wood. Very intense on the palate with flavors of ripe apples, spicy, a slightly herbal piquancy on the finish, a supportive acid structure, and a long aftertaste. A great accompaniment to Asian dishes, such as a yellow, slightly spicy curry with chicken and mango, or to pan-fried white fish.

Prisecco – from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger

The PriSecco is the best-selling specialty of Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Sophisticated and balanced, the Apple Symphony surprises with its enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency; quite the contrary. PriSecco fills a gap for new, modernly designed non-alcoholic beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining meadow orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Jura – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed at the Jörg Geiger manufactory, which has already received several awards for its juices (including from Slow Food). Due to their distinct aromas, the acidity of old apple varieties, and the emphasized tannin note of the pear, these juices form a very special, natural foundation for the Geiger Prisecco varieties.
