Eco-wool – naturally!

Eco-wool is a natural and renewable raw material. The lambswool comes from lambs that are a maximum of six months old. It is particularly soft because the fibers are still very fine. After shearing, the eco-wool is combed and loosened before being dyed a wonderful yellow, spun into yarn, and then woven into this dreamy blanket. It is barely scratchy, breathable, and possesses excellent insulating properties. It warms in winter and cools in summer. Klippan does everything to ensure the blanket feels soft; the Oeko-Tex certified lambswool is specially pre-combed for this purpose. Nevertheless, this quality is naturally scratchier than a cotton blanket would be, and the blanket will lint a little at the beginning.

The Chevron yellow home throw can be washed at 30 degrees, either by hand in the bathtub or on the wool cycle of your washing machine. Set the spin speed as low as possible so that the blanket does not felt. To ensure you enjoy your wool throw for a long time, it is best to use a mild wool detergent and avoid fabric softener. Keep in mind that natural wool fat has a self-cleaning effect, and you will gradually wash it out with every wash.
