La Belle Iloise is a family business on the Atlantic coast of Brittany in northern France, whose name is famous far beyond France's borders for its special canned fish. Founded in 1932 by Georges Hilliet not far from the fishing port of Quiberon, for more than 85 years, freshly caught, high-quality fish have been traditionally cleaned, deboned, and finally canned by nimble hands.
